Mashgin University is live, making training staff and solving problems easier than ever. Help & educational videos can now be found on our website, on Mashgin Cloud, and directly on any kiosk for quick access.
Round Up For Charity makes it easy for your customers to give to causes they care about. Reach out to our team to activate it at your location.

Quickly review features, solve problems, and onboard staff faster than ever with our new collection of help videos. We’ve put these videos in multiple spots to make it extremely convenient to learn and stay up to date on Mashgin features. Find them:
If you’re getting Mashgin soon or want a new employee to get familiar with Mashgin before arriving, just send them to https://www.mashgin.com/content/mashgin-university and they can browse the full gambit of help videos.
Logging in to check sales for the day? Take a minute to browse the new help videos section. The videos you see here will be customized to your exact location.
That means if you have any specific integrations or features turned on, help videos relevant to those features will appear in your catalog.
Simply log into Manager Mode and the same videos available on your cloud will appear on the kiosks. The new option will appear just under “info” and take you to a navigable list of tutorials. You should see this option show up on your kiosks by mid-April.
Many of our clients have causes that are close to their hearts and their local community. Now you can make it easy for guests using Mashgin to contribute towards those causes as a part of their meal.
Once activated, a new module will appear on the payment screen where customers can round up to the nearest dollar, or choose to add one of three configurable amounts to their bill.
After selection, the amount will be added to the bill as a separate line item. To turn on Round Up For Charity, contact the Mashgin team at support@mashgin.com or your customer success manager.
